Certinia Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical visualization in Certinia Advanced Analytics Dashboards using PSA and CPQ datasets. .
Hands on experience in building reports and dashboards in Sales Reporting using Certinia PSA data.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools (CRMA / Tableau)
Deep knowledge in Salesforce CRMA Analytics Dashboard development and building underlying technical components.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define problems, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce and Certinia analytics tools, with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Certinia's analytics platform, data visualization tools, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
