Job Details

Product Manager wanted to lead work on complex and challenging projects to drive transformative change for our top-tier financial services clients.
Operating in an Agile environment, the Product Manager will assist in the successful execution and expansion of engagements with our top clients.
The Product Manager will be responsible for working with delivery teams and liaising with clients to ensure project success, on-going engagement, and identifying and defining new opportunities.

This engagement requires SME leadership on Payment systems, Liquidity Savings Mechanisms, and Netting specifically.
This will be a pilot program on DLT and so experience with DLT based solutions is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driving strategic relationships with clients.
Providing thought leadership on emerging technologies and concepts such as distributed ledger technology, wholesale CBDCs, proof-of-concept project execution, approaches to domain problems, and associated architectural patterns.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders to define product strategy, features, functional and non-functional requirements.
Developing product testing and validation strategies and approaches.
Structuring analysis, design and development engagements and teams.
Providing strategic advisement on project development, project management and release planning.
Construct appropriate status reporting and other communications, as needed, to ensure all project stakeholders and Lab49 management are well-informed and aligned.
Interact with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders, including strategy discussions, progress updates, and formal presentations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience with real-time gross settlement (RTGS) payment systems.
Exposure to Liquidity Savings Mechanisms (LSMs) and netting processes for large payment settlement systems.
Product management experience with Distributed Ledger protocols such as Hyperledger Besu, R3 Corda, Polymesh and/or Canton Network
Experience with designing testing simulations: parameterization, capturing system behavior statistics and designing test scenarios.
Excellent communication skills and experience in creating and giving presentations to senior executive audiences.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related work experience.
Strong Capital Markets knowledge and experience serving Capital Markets clients.
Architectural experience within Capital Markets.
Consulting background with a focus on custom technology solutions.
Strong familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Scrum and others.
Extensive Project Management experience in an Agile model.
Senior level client facing experience and other involvement in sales of products or consulting.
Experience working on complex technology projects and problem solving.

Hybrid - NYC office 3 times a week.
