IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst to join anIT risk and governance team. This role focuses on enhancing governance processes, supporting disaster recovery (DR) planning efforts, and promoting documentation standards across the enterprise. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who excels in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement within IT environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders across 60+ departments to improve governance, DR, and documentation practices.

Support the coordination, facilitation, and execution of disaster recovery tabletop exercises.

Collaborate with internal teams to triage and resolve audit findings, ensuring timely completion of remediation efforts.

Drive process improvement efforts by analyzing end-to-end workflows and proposing actionable solutions.

Maintain and enhance internal documentation using Confluence and other wiki-style tools.

Execute and educate stakeholders on IT risk management and governance practices in alignment with industry frameworks.

Integrate enhancements into governance and DR programs while supporting business continuity across hybrid SaaS and on-prem environments.

Required Skills

Strong experience in end-to-end process analysis and business process improvement.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams or projects.

Hands-on experience creating structured documentation in Confluence or similar wiki tools.

Experience supporting IT audits, governance reviews, or disaster recovery initiatives.

Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools such as SharePoint and Jira.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a disaster recovery or business continuity role.

Prior experience with Riskonnect (formerly Castellan) or similar DR platforms (training available if not experienced).

Experience working in Agile environments.
