Job Details

Role: ServiceNow ITOM Developer 
Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management
  • Develop Discovery patterns and configure probes/sensors for on-premises and cloud environments
  • Maintain CMDB integrity through audits, normalization, and reconciliation processes
  • Integrate with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch
  • Automate IT operations and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure seamless integration and visibility
  • Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Python, and ServiceNow scripting capabilities
  • Troubleshoot and optimize ITOM configurations for performance and scalability

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM development and administration
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB design, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience integrating with third-party monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Zabbix, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and hybrid IT environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
