Job Title -Peoplesoft Core HCM Lead - Position Management
Contract Duration - 6+ Months - Remote
The Role
Peoplesoft Core HCM Position Management Lead to lead the functional portion of the project. They will also actively execute project tasks such as designing positions and how the client will use position management, configuration required to implement position management, lead testing, assist with training. They will work with Client's PM and Technical resources to design and implement position management.
Requirement
- Lead Position Management Strategy Definition (Full vs. Partial Position Management). Lead and Configure Position Attributes (departments, job codes, reporting structures). Assist with - Data Migration and Employee Assignments (transitioning existing employees to position-based structures).
- Assist with - Integration with Core HR Modules and the EPM Staging table (alignment with workforce administration and recruitment).
- Lead and develop Workflow Enhancements (automating approvals and position management transactions).
- Assist with Stakeholder Training and Change Management (HR and management training on new functionalities).
- Support Post-Implementation Monitoring and Optimization (tracking vacancies, refining structure).
