Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud to manage, configure, and optimize end-to-end order lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of order workflows, integrations, and financial impacts, ensuring seamless execution of both recurring and one-time product orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Order Management (OM) Cloud flows to support recurring and one-time product offerings.
Manage the order lifecycle including order validation, approvals, fulfillment, and post-order adjustments.
Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and inventory updates.
Support integration with Subscription Management and Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS) to streamline end-to-end processes.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve order-related issues to maintain smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and best practices.
Create and maintain documentation, configuration setups, and user guides for OM processes.
Qualifications:
Deep understanding of Oracle Order Management Cloud and related modules.
Hands-on experience in order lifecycle processes including validation, approvals, and fulfillment.
Knowledge of integration with Subscription Management and Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS).
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong ability to configure and optimize OM flows for recurring and one-time products.
Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to work closely with Finance and Supply Chain teams to align order processes with business needs.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
