Job Description

As a Senior Developer, you will support development and integration of new solution modules, along with operations, maintenance, and small enhancements. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system enhancements. The candidate must be able to propose solutions to user requests, develop those solutions, and collaborate with business users to complete User Acceptance Testing and deployment activities.

Required Skills/Experience (Minimum 10 years):

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • PeopleSoft Federal experience
  • Experience managing large, complex enterprise system migration projects (more than 25,000 users)
  • PeopleSoft HCM development experience (PeopleTools, SQR, Security)
  • PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 experience
  • User Acceptance Testing experience
  • Experience developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements
  • Strong business requirements analysis experience
  • Experience with HRLOB operations and procedures

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrades
  • ETL/Datastage
  • SQL
  • Oracle Database
  • Windows and Unix
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Global and North America Payroll for Federal (10 15 years)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and General Ledger (10 15 years)
  • Advanced Payroll Rules creation experience (10 15 years)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Benefits module (10 15 years)
  • Experience with HCM Shared Services (10 15 years)
  • Capacity and willingness to learn complex business rules and apply them to system processes
