BUSINESS ANALYST
Seeking experienced Business Analysts / Junior Project Managers to join a National retail organization for a large transformation initiative. Business Analysts should be comfortable in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Ideal candidates will bring experience in Retail - specifically with inventory, merchandise planning and/or Supply Chain - a strong analytical mindset, and a knack for solving data integration challenges. You'll work closely with our Product Team, Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure seamless communication between systems and accurate data flow across platforms.

Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to support product development and system integrations

  • Own and manage integration points between platforms-ensuring data flows cleanly from A to B and matches across systems

  • Analyze merchandising, retail, and inventory data to support product decisions and operational improvements

  • Document workflows, data mappings, and system dependencies

  • Support project planning, tracking, and delivery when needed

  • Identify gaps in data quality and work with stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between business and technical teams



Requirements



  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or product-focused environments

  • Experience with retail, merchandising, or inventory analytics is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with data integration concepts and tools (ETL, APIs, data mapping)

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working in agile or hybrid environments

  • Exposure to product lifecycle management or digital product development

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools
