Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in C/C++ development, with a deep understanding of object oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with enterprise application servers, deployment processes, and integration with other technologies.
  • Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and optimizing applications for Unix/Linux environments; advanced knowledge of shell scripting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration and transformation projects is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, acting as an onsite coordinator or tech lead in an onshore offshore model.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain high performance C/C++ software solutions for enterprise applications on platforms such as Linux, Unix, and Azure.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to define requirements and deliver features on time, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across Linux, Unix, and cloud environments.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high quality deliverables, with a focus on best practices for troubleshooting and resolving issues on Linux, Unix, and Azure platforms.
  • I participate in system architecture design, optimization, and troubleshooting, leveraging expertise in Linux, Unix, and Azure to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Support deployment activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including troubleshooting and performance tuning in on premises and cloud based environments.
