Customer Account Representative
Location: Wauwatosa, WI or Radnor, PA
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25/HR
We are hiring a Customer Account Representative to manage sales orders, support customer accounts, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, supply chain, and logistics. This role is key to driving customer satisfaction and supporting revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders, returns, credits/debits, and resolve service issues.
Provide accurate pricing, product availability, and delivery updates.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and resolve potential delays.
Manage complaints, track order progress, and follow up proactively.
Track and expedite shipments and orders
Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP.
Work with SAP for order management, product availability, ATP (Available To Promise), and inventory visibility.
Communicate clearly with customers, sales, and internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of customer service or order management experience.
Proficiency in SAP (strongly preferred), ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
You will be operating under company's ISO 9000 Quality Procedures, as well as all federal, state, and company safety, regulatory, and ethical standards.
