Description
We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive identity and access management solutions across hybrid environments, ensuring secure and efficient access for employees, contractors, and vendors. This is a long-term contract position within the energy and natural resources industry, offering a dynamic opportunity to collaborate on cutting-edge cybersecurity initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and deploy scalable identity and access management solutions for multi-cloud and on-premises systems.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like PowerShell and VBScript to streamline IAM processes.
Configure and manage authentication, authorization, and identity governance systems for enhanced security.
Collaborate with application teams to integrate IAM requirements seamlessly into existing systems.
Monitor IAM system performance and address incidents to ensure high availability and reliability.
Apply system updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain security standards.
Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures tailored to IAM systems.
Create and update technical documentation and architecture for IAM solutions.
Support audits, risk assessments, and validation of security controls.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Strong expertise in identity and access management within multi-cloud and multi-tenant environments.
Proficient in enterprise applications security and role-based access management.
In-depth knowledge of IT privileged access management across various infrastructure layers.
Hands-on experience with authentication solutions and tools, with a preference for SailPoint.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of IAM engineering experience.
SailPoint Certified Engineer certification is highly desirable.
Familiarity with automation scripting tools such as PowerShell and VBScript is essential.
