RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Marketing Manager II.

Responsibilities:
* Joint Partner Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Intuit and partner business objectives and drive joint go-to market initiatives
* Campaign Management: Plan, enable, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with partners, including digital marketing, events, content marketing, and more
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and execution plans
* Content Creation: Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling marketing messaging, co-create partner GTM assets that could include messaging document, blog posts, webinar content, PR and digital collateral
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders; Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
* Proactively Seizes Opportunities: Develops & executes on solutions to address End to End integrated marketing plans
* Digital Marketing and AI: Strong understanding of best practices in marketing and nuances for AI. Tactics focused on mid-market and potential to expand beyond digital
* Cross-functional Leadership: Able to create strong processes and demonstrate effective project management skills to drive execution cross-functionally across all key constituents

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in the Technology companies
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation tactics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Self-starter with a demonstrated track record and efficiently managed multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
* Individual contributor with a passion for partner and customer insights
* GTM sales and marketing acumen
* Thought leadership/creativity
* Cross functional collaborative

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
