Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System / Network Administrator for our Office 365, Active Directory, Server, and Cisco environment. The person is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of securing the firm s various information systems. Reporting to the Senor Director of Infrastructure, the System Administrator is tasked with providing technical expertise in all areas of the Microsoft 0365 tenant support, Active Directory, Servers, and Cisco network. You will work closely with the various teams in the Information Technology department to provide various support and other project related tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office 365 Administration - manage all aspects of access, licenses, litigation holds, and security and conditional access
- Awareness Training - reviewing, assigning, and help with compliance report for security training
- Cisco Network support for IWan and SDwan
- Active Directory Administration
- SharePoint Security
- Converting acquired companies email to our mail tenant
- Provide Level 3 support for help desk
- Windows Server administration / Upgrades
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- A four-year college degree or equivalent industry training and certifications
- A minimum of three (3) years Systems Engineering experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years in Network administration for Cisco Firewalls & Routers
- Experience managing Office 365 and Tier 1 Security tools; Mimecast and Trend Micro preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Windows PowerShell for AD and O365
- Experience with Scale Compute and VMware hypervisors
- Experience with RMM tools
- Experience working with Service Management tools. Freshservice and Jira preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in Cybersecurity standards related to Active Directory, Office365, and Server platforms.
- Time management, prioritization and organization with the ability to prioritize activities and drive multiple tasks at once
- Networking and cultivating productive working relationships
- Working with all levels within an organization including senior executives, managers, front lines, corporate and technical staff
- Demonstrated client relationship skills with a strong commitment to satisfying customers
- Strong writing skills, as well as the ability to articulate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
- Be a proficient problem-solver that is able to work autonomously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively relate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
