Job Details

Job Title: Oracle Apex consultant
Duration: 3 months
Location: 100% remote

Role Overview
Build and launch an Oracle APEX based FTE planning model. Fix current UI issues. Integrate Jira project data and push analytics to Oracle Analytics Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
Design APEX modules for workforce capacity planning
Create forms and reports to capture, calculate, and display FTE allocations
Resolve existing UI defects and optimize performance
Build a bidirectional link with Jira using REST APIs
Automate data delivery from APEX to Oracle Analytics for dashboarding
Produce clear technical and user documentation
Collaborate with Cloud Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams

Must-Have Skills
5+ years in application development
Deep expertise in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL
Strong JavaScript, HTML, and SQL abilities
Experience with Jira API integration
Familiarity with Oracle Analytics data models
Comfortable on Windows and Linux

Nice-to-Have Skills
Shell or Python scripting on Linux
Knowledge of RESTful web services beyond Jira
Exposure to Oracle EPM or related planning tools

Deliverables
