JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Responsible For:
  • Develop and execute partnership go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with partnership and cross brand teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead planning of creative strategy and campaigns plans that align with partner objectives and company goals, leverage cross channels content creation, influencers and partners channels, social media, paid media to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Create compelling partnership briefs, partner pitch decks, business cases, that resonates with target audience and aligns with brand's messaging and values.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, leveraging data and insights to optimize future marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, social, influencers, PR, product, website, paid media, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends in the gaming industry and across top social media platforms.
  • Prepare partnership updates, monthly reports and internal/external stakeholder communications.
  • Submit all internal partnership request forms for creative, website, paid media, and social media.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
  • Expectational organizational and project management skills.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, creative strategy development, and marketing planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including content creation, tracking and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of gaming culture, game publishers and social media platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
