Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Systems Engineer to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. This role is critical to ensuring secure and efficient access to NVR's networks, systems, and applications-both cloud-based and on-premises. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in Microsoft Entra ID and related IAM technologies, with a strong focus on safeguarding sensitive data through robust access controls.
In addition to technical leadership, this role will serve as a strategic partner across the organization, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to align IAM initiatives with business and security objectives. The Lead Engineer will also mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
