Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract job with a client in Columbus, OH. The role involves supporting Hogan Deposits batch cycles in non-production regions and developing mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and related tools.
Rate Range: $45/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using technologies like C# .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously research and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in C# .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, and Python.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and deliver scalable, high-performance applications.
