Title: ServiceNow QA Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term
Responsibilities:
- Test Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead the QA team for ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center Pro upgrades.
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for thorough coverage.
- Define/maintain ServiceNow-specific QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Mentor QA team members.
- Project Execution:
- Oversee all testing phases (system, integration, regression, UAT, performance).
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely completion of testing.
- Manage test environments, data, and tools.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects.
- ServiceNow Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and platform capabilities.
- Ensure testing aligns with ServiceNow best practices and upgrade considerations.
- Validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, integrations, and workflows.
- Automation and Efficiency:
- Promote and implement test automation, emphasizing ServiceNow ATF.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, including test progress, defect metrics, and risk assessments.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate UAT and gather user feedback.
- Escalate critical issues and risks to management.
