Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst.
- Expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, and case management workflows.
- Must have Telecom / BSS/OSS
- Knowledge of document management, workflow automation, and BPM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and system integrations.
- Build reports and dashboards to support business insights.
- Provide training and support for end-users.
