Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst.
  • Expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, and case management workflows.
  • Must have Telecom / BSS/OSS
  • Knowledge of document management, workflow automation, and BPM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Build reports and dashboards to support business insights.
  • Provide training and support for end-users.
