Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking 3 Frontend Developers in the following locations: Dallas, San Antonio, NJ, NYC, Boston, and Raleigh.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of UI/UX solutions for the modernization of the Operations Workstation and related brokerage tools
* Expertly translate complex brokerage workflows (e.g., corporate actions, corrections) into intuitive UI designs that enhance user experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and operations users, to gather requirements and conduct in-depth usability testing
* Architect and build reusable UI components using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, ensuring adherence to Fidelity's design system
* Mentor junior developers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in UI/UX design practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
* Strong experience building Single Page Applications (SPAs) and reusable web component using Angular framework, NgRx, Storybook, AG Grid, and bootstrap
* Advanced proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, CSS, and HTML with a deep understanding of design systems.
* Proven experience in leading usability testing and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
* Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility for enterprise-grade applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
