Job Description

Ready to embark on an exhilarating journey across the highways of the Southeast? We're on the lookout for a visionary Highway Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. Based in sunny Florida, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge highway projects that redefine connectivity and mobility.

You'll be the architect of designs ranging from basic to high complexity, meticulously crafting solutions that exceed our client's expectations. But it doesn't stop there. With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure every draft design meets the rigorous standards of federal, state, and local regulations before giving it your seal of approval.

Compliance is key, and you'll be the guardian of our firm's policies and practices, ensuring they're upheld in every design endeavor. Armed with your expertise, you'll conduct site reviews and studies, ensuring our designs seamlessly align with the unique specifications of each location.

Your commitment to excellence will shine through as you collaborate with our sales team, crafting compelling proposals that showcase our prowess to current and potential clients.

Client relationships are our lifeblood, and you'll be our ambassador, meeting with clients to understand their present and future design needs. And when you're not busy shaping the future of transportation, you'll be rubbing shoulders with industry titans at conferences and symposia, elevating the visibility of our firm's offerings.

But it's not just about the projects; it's about the people. As a mentor and guide, you'll provide invaluable technical guidance and training to our junior staff, nurturing their growth within our discipline and beyond. With your leadership, the sky's the limit.

So, are you ready to leave your mark on the highways of tomorrow? Join us, and let's pave the way to a brighter future together.
