Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Python, React, and Java under guidance from senior team members
- Assist in implementing database solutions and data models
- Help monitor and optimize application performance
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
- Collaborate with team members on technical solutions
- Comfortable in Python development
- Working knowledge of React.js fundamentals
- Understanding of basic database concepts
- Familiarity with Java development
- Understanding of version control with Git
- Willingness to learn DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with modern development tools and practices
- Interest in financial services/investment banking
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
