Job Details

We are looking for a skilled JD Edwards E1 Functional Analyst to join our team supporting ERP operations across the Americas. This role focuses on providing functional support for the Distribution module, with an emphasis on Purchasing, Warehouse Management, and label creation/optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to JDE E1 support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
Provide functional support for Purchasing, Pick/Pack/Ship, and Warehouse Management processes.
Manage and improve stock and shipping labels; develop specifications for new labels based on business needs.
Collaborate with technical teams for testing, configuration, and documentation.
Develop and maintain reports using Hubble/ReportsNow.
Create Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) for recurring issues.
Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Support stakeholders in gathering and refining business requirements.
Perform administrative tasks and contribute to system enhancement projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
2+ years of experience in an IT Business Analyst or Production Support role.
Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Distribution Module).
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or OTRS.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience with Hubble/ReportsNow for report development.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
Understanding of ITIL concepts.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting label management and warehouse applications.
Ability to create functional documentation and training materials.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
