Required Skills & Experience (Each Must Be 5+ Years)
Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of SAP BODS experience including ETL design, advanced transformations, and performance tuning.
- 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA data migration experience, preferably S/4HANA Cloud 2023 (RISE).
- 5+ years of hands-on work with SAP Migration Cockpit, including staging table framework, migration object templates, and reconciliation processes.
- 5+ years of experience with key S/4HANA migration objects, including Business Partners, Materials, BOMs, Hierarchies, Finance, and Transactional Data.
- 5+ years of SQL development experience, especially with Navision / MS SQL Server environments.
Functional & Analytical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data profiling, cleansing, harmonization, and validation of large datasets.
- 5+ years of experience resolving complex data issues, including debugging BODS jobs, staging tables, and SAP target structures.
Soft Skills
- 5+ years of stakeholder management and communication experience, working with IT teams and business SMEs.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
