Job Description:
Exciting opportunity to support and expand Oracle solutions for a key client. We're seeking an experienced Oracle professional with strong expertise across various Oracle applications and integration technologies. Ideal candidates will be collaborative, technically skilled, and excellent communicators.
Required Skills:

  • ERP Systems:

    • Oracle EBS (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing)

    • Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, Finance, Manufacturing)

    • Oracle WMS, CAT+ / WMS, CPQ, OTM, EPM, BI

  • Integration & Middleware:

    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    • REST/SOAP APIs

  • Programming & Scripting:

    • SQL, PL/SQL, Java

  • Tools & Platforms:

    • JIRA, ServiceNow

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize Oracle applications for performance and availability

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle ERP/WMS/OTM-related issues

  • Support integrations with legacy/peripheral systems

  • Manage provisioning, upgrades, and configurations of Oracle applications

  • Collaborate with Oracle, internal teams, and third-party service providers

  • Document solutions, perform root cause analysis, and maintain best practice guides

  • Provide end-user support and technical expertise

  • Participate in on-call support as needed

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP and related modules

  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles

  • Experience in Oracle WMS and OTM Cloud

  • Troubleshooting experience with Oracle Integration Cloud

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
