Senior Guidewire Policy Center Integration Developer
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Note - Rating experience in recent years is a must.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire Policy Center (PC) and Java-based systems.
- Code/configure, unit test, debug, document, and maintain complex software applications.
- Work with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions.
- Research and analyze to develop or modify information systems and integrations.
- Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and Web Services within Java/J2EE frameworks.
Best Practices & Standards:
- Assist in defining best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to the development of code libraries and proof of concepts (PoCs).
- Prepare detailed design specifications from which programs will be written.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a medium-sized development team, when required.
- Mentor and guide less experienced developers to improve team capability.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in enterprise frameworks and integration platforms.
- Contribute to a development environment that emphasizes continuous learning and the adoption of new technologies.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center, Java, RESTful APIs, Web Services, and J2EE development.
- Proven ability to develop and integrate enterprise-level applications.
