Summary
We are looking for a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program Manager. The IAM Program will help develop and drive the strategic vision for the Identity and Access Management programs to align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements. The candidate should also be able to drive the overall IAM Program development and implementation processes into a single cohesive set of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is familiar with a variety of IAM concepts, practices, and procedures, including design and management of access controls, entitlements, and administration of business processes.

The pay range for this position is $95,100.00 - $135,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Your role in our mission
- Drive the strategic vision for Identity and Access Management programs aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Develop RACI chart to define roles for each element of the program.
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive Identity and Access Management policies, procedures, and processes.
- Track, and report the roadmap for implementing IAM solutions and technologies, with a focus on planned and future accomplishments resulting from the Identity initiatives
- Oversee multiple IAM projects concurrently, working with assigned PM's to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide project leadership, guidance, and support to project managers, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Establish and lead recurring initiative review meetings.
- Regularly meet with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of IAM initiatives and progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure alignment of IAM initiatives with business needs, projects, and objectives.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify potential risks related to identity and access management initiatives.
- Develop and propose strategies to mitigate those risks .
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as HIPAA, NIST and other data privacy requirements.
- Manage relationships with IAM vendors and third-party service providers to ensure effective delivery of solutions and services.
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or changes as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate soliciting SOWs for accounts when 3rd party assistance is needed and guiding accounts for SOW submittals.
- Continuously assess and improve IAM processes to enhance efficiency, security, and user experience.
- Recommend enhancements to IAM procedures to address emerging security challenges.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years' experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management, and/or systems engineering, with 5+ years of a proven deep background in Identity and Access Management.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure/Entra ID.
- Experience with one or more of the following: ISO 27001, NIST, Center for Internet Security (CIS) standards or Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2.
- Broad and diverse experience across cybersecurity strategy, operations, security architecture, cloud security, and identity and access management.
- Knowledge of identity management, role/attribute-based access control, and authentication systems.
- Ability to oversee and execute highly complex, cross-organizational initiatives and project Management for projects of various sizes.
- Ability to engage executive level stakeholders on complex matters with limited oversight and guidance and think strategically and tactically, with effective decision-making skills.
- Experience with Saviynt and Ping Identity.
- Relevant Cybersecurity Certification(s) (CISSP, CISA, CIAM, etc.) and a BS degree in Computer Science, IT Security or related field.
- Experience working with one of the following languages (XML, C#, .Net)
- Develop and maintain custom Identity policies and user flows using Identity Framework and Custom Policies to support complex authentication and authorization scenarios.
- Prior knowledge of RESTful API industry standards working with Microsoft Graph API, OAuth2.0, OIDC.
- Experience Integrating Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles using industry standard tools to standardize and streamline identity broker provisioning, policy updates, and identity service deployments.
