Job Description:
Pay Range: $84.65hr - $89.65hr
- As the Project Candidateager, Content Production, candidates will be the operational backbone of a fast-paced, high-volume digital content pipeline.
- Candidates will manage the trafficking, tracking, and delivery of large batches of web content and talent-facing digital assets.
- candidate's ability to bring clarity to complex tracking needs and manage a high workload at scale will directly impact the department's ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Candidateage the daily pipeline of 60+ web pages and digital assets, ensuring all requests are tracked, prioritized, and delivered on schedule.
- Oversee project transitions, handoffs, and deadlines for multiple parallel workstreams.
- Coordinate straightforward but high-throughput content updates including talent pages and website asset refreshes.
- Proactively manage evolving timelines, shifting priorities, and escalations.
- Establish, document, and refine operational workflows and tracking processes.
- Act as the central point of contact for production, creative, and cross-functional partners.
- Track revisions, approvals, and content statuses using Airtable and other tools.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership.
- Adjust plans quickly in response to operational hurdles or stakeholder feedback.
- Propose and implement scalable solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
- 8+ years of experience in content production, digital project management, or marketing operations-preferably in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Proven success managing large volumes of deliverables in fast-paced settings.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Airtable and other project/content management software (Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, CMS platforms).
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and pivot quickly.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to streamline workflows and scale operations.
- Experience working with talent, agencies, or cross-functional business teams.
- Proficiency with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Frame.io.
- Familiarity with content rights, digital asset management, and clearance workflows.
- Experience working in a newly formed or rapidly evolving team.
