Job Details
Experience supporting Oracle Xstore POS systems.
Strong knowledge of retail store operations and POS functionality.
Experience with Oracle Retail Suite modules is a plus (RMS, SIM, EFT integration).
Familiarity with Java-based applications and log analysis (Xstore is Java-based).
Working knowledge of databases (Oracle SQL), file transfers (SFTP), and troubleshooting tools.
Good understanding of ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
