Job Title: Workforce Management (WFM) Testing Lead with Test Assure experience

Location: Remote

Contract: Long Term

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Testing Lead to oversee and manage the testing efforts for WFM projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading testing teams, implementing testing methodologies, and driving test automation strategies to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for WFM projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Define and implement effective testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
  • Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution, ensuring product quality.
  • Conduct risk analysis and proactively mitigate potential project risks.
  • Provide regular testing progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers to improve team performance and technical capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in a lead role, preferably in WFM projects.
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Solid knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Hands-on experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
