Job Details

Workday HCM Integration Lead / Developer
Location: Hampton, VA (Day-1 Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months + Extension

Note: No previous submissions. Min 4–5+ years US experience required.

Key Qualifications
7+ years Workday Integration Development (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services)
Strong experience managing end-to-end Workday integration projects
Expertise in Workday reporting, security, auditing, authentication/SSO
Workday HCM domain knowledge (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time)
Excellent troubleshooting, communication & stakeholder collaboration skills

Job Responsibilities
Lead/manage integration workstreams with implementation partner
Design, develop & maintain integrations between Workday and external systems
Drive test cycles and ensure successful delivery of integrations
Work with vendors on requirements, layouts, and protocols
Develop custom Workday reports
Support system configurations, workflows & security
Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
Create and maintain technical documentation
