Systems Administrator with State client experience

Job Title: Systems Administrator Location: Tallahassee, FL - Onsite Employment Type: 12 Months Contract

Required skills: utilizing PowerShell, SQL, Python, MS batch scripts, configuring Windows server installations, Infrastructure-as-code (IAC), Kubernetes, Helm, and Ansible using YAML/JSON/XML, SCCM or InTune, Active Directory

Job Description:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience developing and modifying scripts for creating, maintaining, augmenting, and reporting on server and client-based infrastructures utilizing Powershell,
SQL, Python, and MS batch scripts.
2. A minimum of ten years of experience with support and configuring Windows server installations and their supported feature roles/services.
3. A minimum of ten years of experience with applying security best-practices surrounding operating system hardening, user authentication and authorization, security group management,
application security scanning, and network segmentation.
4. A minimum of five years of experience with Infrastructure-as-code (IAC) in creating and utilizing platforms such as Kubernetes, Helm, and Ansible using YAML/JSON/XML languages; and
configuring these for use within various platforms build and deploy toolchains.
5. A minimum of five years of experience with Microsoft SCCM or InTune, object collection policies and maintenance, and management of end-user workstations utilizing these tools.
6. A minimum of five years of experience with support and configuring Linux/BSD server installations and their supported feature roles/services.
7. A minimum of five years of experience with Active Directory (i.e., Entra ID) and group policies
8. A minimum of five years of experience supporting business applications in cloud-native architectures.
9. Basic understanding of network protocols, topologies, VLANs, subnets, route tables required.
10. Exceptional logical troubleshooting skill and self-motivation required as demonstrated through prior ten-year career achievements or advancements.
