Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager with a background in healthcare to lead the development and execution of products that improve patient outcomes, provider workflows, or payer efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR), and the complexities of healthcare delivery, combined with a solid product management skill set.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver healthcare solutions.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, clinical outcomes, and regulatory needs.
  • Develop clear product roadmaps and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure products meet compliance standards including HIPAA, FDA (if applicable), and interoperability standards such as HL7/FHIR.
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and measure success post-launch.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging in collaboration with Marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, digital health, or health tech startup).
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Public Health, Health Informatics, or related field is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR/EMR systems, and healthcare data interoperability.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
