Need a perfect mix of Technical - Workday Core HCM/Recruiting module Configuration/Maintain daily operations once the implementation partner is completed early next year. Need a functional person that deeply understands HR / Recruiting / processes. Working in a lead/leadership role to drive improved processes.

Workday HCM Recruiting Module IT Lead
Background:
- Workday will be implemented by Cognizant starting December 2025
- hire prior to Cognizant December 2025 project start.
- Initially Olin will need a liaison to be the main point of contact between Cognizant and Olin.
- Contract to Hire or perm. The will convert to perm after 6 months if hired on contract.
Job Summary
5 years Workday configuration.
3 years Workday Recruiting configuration
Skilled with Workday Core HCM and other modules preferred.
Workday Configuration and Implementation
Provide full product lifecycle support post-implementation.
Skilled with API and custom 3rd party integration
Functional Experience of HR / SME of Workday Recruiting product
Functional HR/Recruiting - Leverage best-practices for streamlined processes and optimal configurations.
Facilitate / improve HRIT process design, drive initiatives
Understanding of recruitment processes
(Preferred) Best practices for manufacturing industry.
(Preferred) worked in the Manufacturing industry.
