IS Technician Overview:
The IS Technician Assistant provides hands-on support to local field technicians in completing IT and technology-related projects across multiple client locations. Responsibilities include installing computer equipment, running service tickets, and assisting with various IT tasks while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and reliable daily travel to multiple work sites. Job Duties:
Communicate daily with the local Team Lead for direction and task assignments
Drive to multiple client locations daily (own transportation required)
Complete assigned projects and tasks efficiently
Install computer equipment at designated locations
Run and manage service tickets as assigned
