Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to lead AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine project management excellence with technical acumen to drive end-to-end delivery of AI and ML-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI/ML-based projects from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with strategic business outcomes.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for Gen AI and ML projects.
• Provide technical guidance on AI models, LLM integration, and model performance improvements.
• Document processes, manage risks, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Required Skills13 14 years of total experience with minimum 3 5 years in AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP frameworks, and AI automation tools.
• Proven experience in project management (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Hands-on background in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems or production environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualification

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for AI/ML deployments.
• Exposure to Gen AI tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
