Our client is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support day-to-day IT operations and targeted project initiatives in a fast-paced, Windows and Microsoft-based environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will help keep end users productive by resolving common technical issues, supporting access needs, and delivering a strong service experience.

- Location: Greater Philadelphia, PA area
- Compensation: This is a 6 month+ contract role paying $19/hour on a W2 basis.

What You ll Do:
- Provide experienced Level 1 service desk support to end users across project-based assignments
- Perform password resets, MFA resets, and account unlocks within a Microsoft identity environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and access issues in Windows and Microsoft applications
- Document incidents and resolutions accurately in the ITSM ticketing system
- Escalate issues appropriately following defined support processes while maintaining strong customer service
What Gets You the Job:
- 1 to 3 years of Service Desk or IT Support experience in a Microsoft and Windows environment
- Hands-on experience with password and MFA resets, and Active Directory or identity and access support
- Solid desktop and application troubleshooting skills, with strong attention to documentation
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Ability to ramp quickly and work effectively onsite or remotely depending on assignment
