Mandatory Knowledge: IT Tools, Technologies, and Domains
Candidates must have working knowledge of identify and place consultants in relevant roles
Minimum 5 years of U.S. IT staffing or bench sales experience
Proven experience with resume customization based on job tech stack
Strong understanding of U.S. work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, USC)
Excellent communication, follow-up, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive submission targets

Work closely with consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, USC) to identify and market them for contract roles.
Customize and optimize resumes to match specific client job descriptions using correct keywords, formats, and domain terminology
Source job opportunities using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and vendor/client relationships
Submit qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and manage follow-ups and feedback loops
Maintain strong vendor/client networks and build pipelines for ongoing job requirements
Track daily/weekly submissions, interviews, and placement metrics
