Position Title: Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer
Location: Princeton, NJ (Preferred) / Remote (Candidate to work in EST)
Employment Type: 6+ Months Contract
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Platform, conversational AI, and low-code/no-code development environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Design conversational flows, intents, and entities to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Copilot capabilities.
- Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize bot performance and user engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI design.
- Experience with Azure services, REST APIs, and data integration.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles in chatbot design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Experience with adaptive cards and Power Virtual Agents.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
