Oracle Cash Management & Collections Consultant

About the Role:

Four Steps Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cash Management & Collections Consultant to lead and support mission-critical financial operations across our client landscape. This role blends deep functional expertise in cash positioning and liquidity with hands-on configuration of collections workflows. You shall partner with Treasury and AR teams to streamline the full cash lifecycle from customer payment processing to automated reconciliations driving measurable improvements in visibility, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 5 8 years of experience with Oracle Cash Management Cloud.  Familiarity with Oracle AR, Treasury, and related financial modules.
• Strong background in bank reconciliations, cash positioning, and liquidity management.
• Solid understanding of collections, customer payment processing, and dunning strategies.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems, or related.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support automated cash reconciliation processes.
• Configure payment methods, customer dunning, and collection strategies.
• Optimize end-to-end cash cycle in partnership with Treasury and AR stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across Cash Management and Collections modules.
• Document configurations and contribute to scalable onboarding and enablement assets.
• Support user adoption through proactive communication and training.
