Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator

Location: Middletown, NJ (Onsite 5 days/week required)

Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team in Middletown, NJ. This is a long-term, 100&% onsite role ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and PMO (Project Management Office) support.

The successful candidate will support Project Managers with day-to-day project activities, assist in the creation of presentations and reports, and contribute to the smooth execution of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers with coordination of project tasks, schedules, and deliverables

Provide administrative and documentation support to the PMO

Create professional presentations, reports, and project documentation

Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders as needed

Support internal communication and reporting for various project initiatives

Help maintain project plans, issue logs, and status updates

Perform general project-related administrative duties

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong presentation skills; ability to create polished and professional slides (PowerPoint or equivalent)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to work onsite in Middletown, NJ 5 days/week

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or academic experience in a project support or coordination role

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.)

Interest in building a career in project management or PMO
