We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Consultant in West Bend, WI. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, providing assistance via phone, remote desktop, and chat. You will troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

You will troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, remote tools, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
- Log and track incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base to improve support efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience supporting Active Directory and Exchange.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
