Job Details

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: San Diego, CA (onsite)

Contract duration: 6+ months

Job Requirements:

  1. Maintain inventory, accepting delivery of inventory, loads and unloads trucks.
  2. QA checks incoming inventory.
  3. RFID Asset Tagging following Process.
  4. Loading delivery vans and checking shipments match the delivery schedule.
  5. Managing stock levels and placing orders for new materials where required.
  6. Helping with Tank Process: removing hard drives, labeling hard drives with asset and serial information. Using asset upload template to scan assets into client s warehouse.
  7. Keeping the work area clean.
  8. Imaging Following SCCM Process.
  9. Completes reports by entering required information.
  10. Daily work report due by COB M-F. Checking with Warehouse Manager Daily on priority of Task to be completed.
