Our challenge
We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager with deep domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services (BFS) to lead and manage complex technology engagements. This role involves overseeing delivery across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale program delivery, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional global teams.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY/Alpharetta, GA is $130k - $150k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of delivery for BFS client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
- Lead large distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Collaborate with clients to define delivery roadmaps, manage scope, and track milestones.
- Ensure alignment of delivery with contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Work closely with sales/account teams to identify new opportunities and support growth within existing accounts.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and performance reviews.
- Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory, and audit standards applicable in BFS environments.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and automation in delivery processes.
- 10-15 years of experience in IT services/consulting with at least 5+ years in a delivery leadership role.
- Strong domain experience in Banking and Financial Services, with exposure to areas such as payments, lending, capital markets, or core banking.
- Proven experience in managing large programs/portfolios in a global delivery model (offshore-onshore).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and enterprise technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities.
- PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related field; MBA preferred.
