Pay Range:$39.69-$56.70/Hrs
Description
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in development and implementation of contact center solutions.
* Configure and troubleshoot software and hardware components.
* Integrate with third-party applications and systems.
* Strong experience with framework including development, scripting, and reporting.
* Experience with platform upgrades.
* Utilize cloud APIs, SDKs, and tools for integrations and extensions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge in network topology.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and troubleshoot software and hardware components.
* Integrate with third-party applications and systems.
* Coordinate with other tech partners and product vendors.
* Write and arrange design documents.
Qualifications
* Experience with cloud solutions and engagement platforms.
* Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related processes.
* Knowledge in CRM application integration.
