REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience (ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite).
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and their alignment within Oracle ERP.
  • Experience with integration flows, APIs, and file-based interfaces.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Oracle certifications in ERP Cloud, OIC, or OCI preferred.
  • Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Finance required.
  • Master's degree preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, AP/AR, GL).
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions supporting Santander's business and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead functional design sessions, documenting business requirements and translating them into Oracle configurations and integration specifications.
  • Work with OCI and OIC teams to design and maintain integrations with internal banking systems and third-party applications.
  • Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Support release management activities for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
  • Provide production support and assist with root cause analysis for functional issues.
  • Ensure compliance with risk, security, and SOX controls in all Oracle-related activities.
  • Partner with the PMO and business leads to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery milestones are met.
