Tell us about your department:

You ll be on the Portfolio Planning and Optimization Team, responsible for improving ROI & optimizing the Digital Analytics and Technology (DAT) organization s annual investment in technology. You ll have the opportunity to partner with DAT product teams and enterprise partners to provide analysis and insights that support our business leaders in strategic planning & decision making.

 

Project Description:

A member of our team is going on Maternity Leave. The role begins in July 2025, learning the role, working side-by-side with team members, and getting to know our stakeholders. The role is scheduled to end in February 2026. It is possible that additional work will be identified and that the incumbent will be asked to stay beyond February 2026.

 

Position Summary/Job Description:

In this role, you ll support the ongoing operation and continuous improvement of portfolio planning, budgeting, resource management, vendor payment, tools, and related analytics within DAT which includes a workforce of thousands of employees and contractors spanning multiple cities and continents.

Duties include:

  • Portfolio management process execution
  • Collaborate with product managers, portfolio leads and hiring managers to ensure alignment and accuracy of labor allocation
  • Administer resource time reporting system and execute changes to resourcing as needed (e.g., adding, deactivating resources in time reporting system, etc.)
  • Prepare resource analysis and provide insights to the teams we support
  • Participate in monthly business reviews with DAT Leaders in collaboration with Portfolio Leads and key partners (e.g. Finance, Controllership)
  • Support pyramid-specific annual/quarterly portfolio planning process and change management
  • Vendor payment process support
  • Support communication and training solutions with vendor partners and Procurement
  • Support shared mailbox
  • Maintain configurations, work/resource attributes, and lifecycle role permissions within Planview
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc analysis, insights, recommendations as needed

 

Skills Overview:

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?

  • 1+ years managing complex IT program, portfolio financials, resource allocations and/or P&L or budget management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to Power BI, Confluence/Wiki, Sharepoint and/or Planview
