AI/ML Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lehi, UT that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join their team, with a focus on developing cutting-edge solutions in computer vision and natural language processing (NLP). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building and evaluating machine learning models that power intelligent features in consumer electronics or IoT devices.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 2+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
* Strong background in model development, not just pipeline or data engineering
* Proven experience in AI/ML development, particularly in computer vision and NLP
* Experience with image or video-based ML applications; Facial recognition experience is a strong plus
* Solid understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps practices
* Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
