Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee CRM Strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of CRM and Owned channel strategists and analysts to ensure effective implementation of customer engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and optimize audience engagement metrics.
  • Be a thought leader, always abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer engagement to continuously drive stronger business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media strategy, audience strategy, analytics, creative, and solution architects to translate strategy to actionable personalized activation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and agency and data partners to grow credibility and trust.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence within the client strategy team.
  • Champion 1stParty data and drive forward initiatives to grow customer understanding by identifying more customers, capturing more zero-party data and data enrichment.
  • Act as a liaison for how to best leverage existing MarTech (Activation, Identity, Cleanroom and CDP solutions) to maximize scale and effectiveness of customer strategy solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years in Proven experience CRM, Segmentation, Digital Strategy or related roles, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Robust understanding of how audience strategies are activated via paid media and owned channels
  • Passion and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to the client
  • On-site in Chicago (mix of client and agency office), min of 3 days per week
