RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a System Support in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitates the automated collection, management, manipulation, and distribution of data for analytical purposes
* Oversees database administration and maintenance, ensuring data integrity
* Supports and enhances core and enterprise applications through testing, evaluation, research, and development
* Provides technical support and training to end users and staff as needed
* Administer and maintain information systems and applications
* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions
* Develop and maintain documentation for program development and procedural workflows to support consistent and efficient system usage
* Collaborate with users to gather requirements and translate them into functional system solutions
* Apply analytical skills to design end-user tools that streamline processes and improve outcomes
* Ensure data accuracy by identifying and resolving integrity issues within databases
* Leverage relational databases and query languages (e.g., SQL Server) to extract and analyze data
* Evaluate organization-wide data needs and establish database standards and best practices
* Maintain compliance with applicable data policies, including FERPA and HIPAA
* Develop and manage a role-based security matrix for system and application access
* Monitor and assess data systems to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
* Support large-scale data integration projects involving disparate systems
* Stay current on system capabilities and best practices to ensure effective and modern data processes
* Manage multiple data-related projects, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and alignment with objectives
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, procedures, and workflows to promote consistency, knowledge sharing, and long-term sustainability
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
